Livewire Special Events is a leading event management company specialising in
providing event management services across the U.K.

Exhibition services
We can provide a complete exhibition project management service, from the initial
brief, through to the stand design and build, creation of signage, transportation
and installation at the exhibition location. We will create your exhibition
requirements, such as graphics, flooring, fittings and furnishings, lighting,
audio-visual and displays units, plus, if required, staff to man the stand during
the exhibition event.
To support our traditional exhibition stand activities we also offer a full service to shell scheme users. We have a wealth of experience in maximizing space utilisation whilst creating unique environments for our clients.

Event Services
Traffic Control
Together with all the relevant authorities livewire will develop traffic flow
systems to keep disruption to a minimum. Fully trained, uniformed operatives
will then ensure vehicles are parked in an safe and orderly manner.
We are now able to offer full packages including event signage and external
traffic management.
Stewarding
Livewire can provide safety stewarding services in line with legal obligations.
All our stewards are trained, and uniformed for public safety. We can also provide
entry and exit stewards in order to allow safe and efficient public movement.
Theatrical services
Lighting & Sound Hire
From a school play to a full stage concert rig, we can provide quality lighting
& sound hire for your event. As we have a wide range of lighting & sound
equipment we can customise our systems to suit your individual requirements,
be it a fashion show, stage production, band performance, disco or corporate
event.

Lighting & Sound Sales
Whilst hiring a PA or lighting system may be useful for a one off event, you
may require a more permanent solution. This could be a few simple spot lights
and a basic sound system in a school hall or a full night club sound and lighting
